If you love being outdoors, enjoy the game of golf, and want to make a real impact in the lives of kids, First Tee – Northeast Wisconsin is looking for coaches.
Monthly programs run in June, July, and/or August at Hilly Haven Golf Course and Mid Vallee Golf Course. Coaching sessions last a few hours and are primarily offered in the evenings, with limited morning options available.
You don’t have to be a golf pro (or even a good golfer), we will provide the training you need! Our training system is built on research-proven methods of positive youth development, providing coaches with the tools to make kids feel safe, included and empowered. Coaches work together in groups of 2–3 coaches per 12 kids and receive easy-to-follow curriculum.

Paid Coach
Lead First Tee programs as a compensated team member. Flexible scheduling and full training provided.
Volunteer
Give your time on or off the course – recurring role or substitute pool, your choice. Assist coaches, support events, or help behind the scenes.
Youth Safety
All coaches and volunteers must complete a background check and SafeSport certification before working with participants.
The cost is covered and takes about 1.5 hours to complete.
