Mentors are needed to accompany our participants during 9-hole rounds following golf instruction. Mentors do not need to be expert golfer or golf swing guru, but should have a basic knowledge of safety, pace of play, and rules. Primarily, mentors provide a fun, safe, environment for our participants and encourage their development of First Tee’s key commitments.
